Cascade West is proud to offer multiple warranties on the homes we build.
We as the builder provide our own One Year Warranty, crafted to address any issues that may arise during the settlement period. We also are a proud member of the 2-10 Homebuyer’s Warranty family, which offers both Two Year Systems Warranties (on qualifying homes) and Ten Year Structural Warranties. Many of our quality components come with individual Manufacturer’s Warranties to further provide peace-of-mind for our homeowners.

The first year in your home is known as the ‘Settlement Period’ our warranty was crafted to address any issues that may arise during this time. This warranty is created to provide homeowners with coverage against poor workmanship or defects (not something we’re known for).
Many components and appliances in your home are covered by individual Manufacturer’s Warranties. These warranties are typically included with all major appliances and will be provided to you at the time of Move-In. For instance; Milgard Windows & Doors offers a Full Lifetime Warranty which can be found here. KitchenAid appliance registration can be obtained here as well as their Warranty information here.
2-10 HBW offers the most comprehensive coverage for systems and appliances, and an industry-leading, insurance-backed structural warranty for new construction. We make it easy for homeowners to do business with us by handling all communication with our service contractors and covering the cost of parts and labor. With a 2-10 HBW Home Warranty Service Agreement, you’ll get access to our network of over 6,000 authorized, independent service contractors. We even have an online Homeowner Portal for you to manage your account, request service and renew your Service Agreement.
