The Annual Clark County Parade of Homes kicked off on Thursday September 7th at 5:00pm with

Attendees Flocked into the Parade Venue Eager for a Look at This Year's Jaw-Dropping Custom Homes. The event was teeming with activity. One of our newest Subdivisions - The Meadows at Whipple Creek - was host to the gathering that brought out News Stations, Builders, Contractors, Title Companies and Lending Institutions, and some very happy homeowners.

The location for the 40th Annual Clark County Parade of Homes was fantastic this year.

Much of the credit goes to Sterling Design Inc's Joel Stirling for putting in years of care and effort in order to bring this once vacant grassy field to life for the residents of Clark County to enjoy - while still maintaining the natural beauty of the land. Joel's efforts were combined with ours here at Cascade West and those of Clark County to preserve as much of the natural wonder of this special corner of Clark County as possible. Access to the creek and local winding trails was important to us - not just for our homeowner's - but for the native animals who we share this beautiful location with. Upon entry, attendees have the option to pick-up a show program.

The yearly publication contains all of the information for the show. The sponsors, the vendors, the location and the main attraction - the homes! This year's sponsors were plentiful, some were - NW Natural, DeWils Custom Cabinetry, Homestreet Bank, Umpqua Bank, Dick Hannah Dealerships, Jordan Ramis PC, Columbia Credit Union, and XFINITY. The Main Gathering Area for VIP NIGHT For the first time ever we had Mill Creek Pub and Heathen Brewery out serving up some delicious refreshments.
