We are about 3 months into our newly built home (first ever build). While building for a first home may seen like a large undertaking, Jason took the time to customize floor plans to our exact specifications. He never made us feel like we were bothering him with minute changes to our floor plan or asking him to tweak something that just didn't feel right. Loren was also an amazing superintendent. Very attentive to detail and most of all, patient. As first-time home builders, it is needless to say we had many concerns and DUMB questions. Looking back, they were dumb. However, Loren never once made it seem like we were inconveniencing him, despite the many changes, phone calls and texts along the way. He was always very upfront about getting us ballpark pricing before giving him the "green light" and respected that we were trying to be budget-conscious, while still building our dream home.
