This small, gated community is in the Hockinson area of Washington. Nestled squarely in the center of Clark County it borders Battle Ground, Brush Prairie and Orchards, Wa.

Roughly 5 miles west of this community is the Salmon-Morgan Creeks Natural Area. This natural area covers over 81 acres of mature forest and open meadow just southeast of the City of Battle Ground. The property includes two creeks, Morgan Creek and Salmon Creek. The forested area on the east side of the property has large stands of fir, western red cedar and hemlock. There are a approximately one and one-half (1-1/2) miles of soft-surface trails which are open to foot traffic.
