This home is immediately apart from 2017’s The Turtledove with layout changes. Retaining many of the most popular features the homeowners chose to adjust the footprint. Moving away from the ‘L’ shape of The Turtledove; Lot 35 will feature a courtyard, creating a ‘U’ shaped footprint – or as some of team members like to refer to it, “The Millenium Falcon Shape”. Adjusting the garages from the original (all three bays on one side) to a more balanced layout (2 bays right and 1 bay left) gives a more protected and close-in feel for family activities in the front of the home. The dispersal of garage bays will also prove useful for separate activities. Tinkering, storage, maintenance and recreational equipment will coexist peacefully.
